welcome to e-sevana.net

The wide-spread usage of Information Technology and its applications to daily life have given rise to many problems, including the service and maintenance of the systems and equipments. There is dearth of competent technicians for servicing the computers and accessories.  A systematized maintenance and service procedure is absent in this field, at present.  Further, many computer users are unaware of where and whom to contact for the specific service that may be required by them, after the guarantee period on the first purchase is over.

e-sevana is a Scheme formulated by STED Project for establishing a State-wide Network of STED Supported Service Centers for maintenance and repairs of Computers/Laptop and accessories like printers and UPS.  It will be implemented through a Web Portal and Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) developed for the purpose.  The scheme envisages development of the Web Portal, registration of computers and users, creation of a data base, registration of complaints of computers from the users, usage of IVRS to communicate the complaints to the service technician concerned, problem solving etc.

The scheme is aimed to solve the complaints of computer users with a single phone call.  The service will be available on 7 days 24 hours .
